Roberta L. Trutnau, MBA, LNHA, is a proven healthcare professional with the ability to manage people, to direct projects and to improve the
organization's Return on Investment (ROI). Through over 20 years of clinical and healthcare management experience, Ms. Trutnau has held corporate
positions in the areas of Strategic Planning & Development, Finance and Managed Care, Clinical Operations, and Case Management.
Ms. Trutnau has significant experience in and knowledge of Managed Care, Government and all third party reimbursement systems. Since 1989, she has
managed, designed, and implemented Case Management and Specialty Care Programs, and she has represented area, regional
and national companies in the negotiations of payor and vendor contracts. Responsibilities in her diverse positions have been program planning,
development and market feasibility studies, development
and implementation of Coordinated Care Management systems and processes, financial analyses, case mix/cost accounting, marketing and sales promotion
and management consulting.
Prior to Strategic Health Care Solutions, Ms. Trutnau was the Corporate Director of Specialty Services for a leading regional post-acute provider from
1995-1999. In this role, Ms. Trutnau created and directed the corporate strategic planning process, performed all specialty service vendor and managed
care contracting, and developed new lines of business and healthcare services earning the organization its reputation as a leader and innovator in the
marketplace. Within the first six months of employment with this operation, Ms. Trutnau designed and developed a Coordinated Care Management Division,
which during its first year of operation, generated revenues over $6,000,000 with a ROI of 25%.
Prior to this, Ms. Trutnau held corporate management positions for several national post-acute providers in the realm of Planning and Development and
Finance. Key areas of expertise included start-up development of post-acute recovery centers, site determination, market feasibility, zoning and physical
plant design, and network development including recruitment and contracts with healthcare providers, healthcare payors and healthcare customers. She also
oversaw operations start-up activities and held management roles in acute psychiatric, acute and chronic rehabilitation hospitals, and subacute and skilled
nursing facilities.
Ms. Trutnau has her BS from the University of Connecticut, a MBA from Northeastern University, and an advanced business certificate from the Executive
Program in Managed Care, from the University of Connecticut's School of Business Administration-Center for Health Systems Management. In addition she
holds a Massachusetts Nursing Home Administrator license and a Connecticut Life, Accident and Health producers license.
Ms. Trutnau has lectured extensively regionally in areas of managed care contracting, developing an effective payer mix strategy, and case management.
She belongs to the American College of Health Care Executives, American College of Health Care Administrators, Connecticut Women in Health Care Management,
Association of Long Term Care Financial Managers, Women's Business Development Center, and International Who's Who of
Professionals.

Margaret R. Durlach, MBA, LNHA, is a proven marketing professional with over 25 years of experience. She has a track record in motivating and
leading people in projects, which impact the organization's market position and bottom line. Ms. Durlach has held leadership positions for national
and regional companies in
the areas of Strategic and Market Development, Marketing Services/ Communications and Product Development. She also has operational experience in the
post-acute and skilled nursing industry as a Nursing Home Administrator. Ms. Durlach is a licensed Accident, Life and Health Producer.
Prior to joining Strategic Health Care Solutions, Ms. Durlach was a Product Development Consultant for the Group Insurance Division of a leading life
and health insurer. Here she championed the development of numerous partnering/ program development opportunities in an effort to develop additional senior service
offerings. To this end the organization launched a legal service offering to accompany its group insurance products.
Ms. Durlach was the Corporate Director of Marketing and Public Relations for a leading East Coast regional post-acute provider from 1992-1998. While with
this organization she directed the corporate strategic marketing and public relations activities in addition to monitoring the marketing activities and
consulted with all managed facilities. Within the first two years of her tenure with this organization, Ms. Durlach oversaw the successful initial launch
of 8 new businesses. These businesses were positioned as market leaders enabling them to open on time, on or above budgeted census, and reached projected
revenues on or before schedule regardless of the competition. To assist in the growth of the parent organization, Ms. Durlach undertook numerous assignments
including research for over 30 projects including assisted living, co-writing a business plan with Ms. Trutnau, and assisting in the development and
introduction of additional product lines across the system of managed businesses.
From 1979-1992 Ms. Durlach provided strategic consulting and marketing services to a variety of manufacturing companies / industries (automotive, fastening,
wire and cable and others). Thus Ms. Durlach has played strategic marketing roles in several national companies that led to the introduction of new products,
the deployment of resources targeting new markets and expanded distribution systems.
Ms. Durlach has her MBA from Cleveland State University in Marketing and Finance, and BA from SUNY at Potsdam. She is listed among Marquis Who's Who, and is
a member of the Connecticut Long Term Care Financial Managers Association, Connecticut Chapter of the American College of Health Care Administrators, CWHCM,
and numerous other organizations.
